We use Australia Post for all product deliveries within Australia. Regular and Express services are available.
Quick Standard Delivery
Get your order delivered within 1-5 business days (usually 1-2 days) with our quick and cost-effective Standard Delivery option.
Express Shipping
Get your order even faster using our Express Shipping option! Eligible products are shipped with Australia Post Parcel Express with an estimated delivery time of 1-2 business days.
Pet Parrot Delivery (within Australia)
Pet Parrot Delivery within Victoria
For local deliveries (within Victoria), our delivery fee is calculated using a $1.00 per kilometre fee for the estimated fastest route to drop-off for that delivery (sourced from Google Maps data).
Pet Parrot Delivery outside Victoria
For interstate deliveries (outside Victoria), there are several companies that will transport birds. The freight cost is generally around $80.00, but can vary depending on your location, and the service you choose. A few companies we recommend and use are:

• Feathers & Scales Freight
The size of the freight box we use is 50 x 20 x 30cm (W x H x D). Each freight box weighs 3kg (including bird). There is a $25.00 fee for the freight box.

Pet Parrot Delivery (outside Australia)
We cannot ship pet parrots outside of Australia.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing the carrier’s name and your tracking number, if available. You will receive updates along the way, plus you can keep track of your order by logging into your account, or via the carriers' website.
